Titanium Alloy 15-3-3-3 is a metastable beta titanium alloy that offers substantial weight reductions over other engineering materials if used in the solution-treated condition. it has excellent cold formability. In the aged condition, the alloy has high strength. Ti15333 titanium wire is a type of metastable material β Type titanium alloy that undergoes delayed cooling completion at the critical point state of titanium β Granular titanium material, it has higher processing technology than pure titanium, and better strength, fatigue resistance, and environmental corrosion resistance than pure titanium and other titanium alloys, with good plasticity in shape, the elastic modulus is about 80 GPa, which is higher than that of titanium nickel shape memory alloys (about 60 GPa). It has high elastic resilience, and low hardness, and is easy to shape. It can bend or form complex shapes without being cracked. The glasses frame made of it compensates for the lack of elasticity in the legs of pure titanium frames, with good elasticity and memorable characteristics. β Titanium alloy has excellent processing functions and welding and is used to make eyeglass frames with various shapes and styles, making it a material for eyeglass manufacturing. Therefore, β Titanium alloy eyeglass frames are flourishing in Europe and America as a type of high-end decoration and a popular fashion trend. It has been used in the production of frame and foot wires for Gao-grade titanium glass frames. Titanium 15333 is a metastable beta-titanium alloy that offers substantial weight reductions over other engineering materials. If used in the solution treated condition the alloy has excellent cold formability. In the aged condition, the alloy has high strength and can work for temperatures up to 550°F (228°C).
