Under hot rolling at high temperature, the thickness is gradually reduced to make the titanium plate gradually formed.
It is then further thinned by cold rolling at a lower temperature to improve surface quality and mechanical properties. During the cold rolling process, annealing is performed to eliminate work hardening and improve ductility. Finally, pickling is used to remove the oxide on the surface and make it show a uniform pickling surface. Finally, according to the size required by the customer, the large plate will be cut or the titanium plate will be rolled into titanium rolls, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
