Quality inspection:

1. Normal inspection:

Wire with a diameter of 3mm or more should undergo low magnification inspection, and there should be no shrinkage, porosity, layering, cracks, metal or non-metallic impurities on the horizontal low magnification.

2. Appearance quality

A. The normal titanium wire finish is pickling. A straight wire of no less than 2.0mm can be supplied with a polished surface when requested by the customer and specified in the contract.

B. The surface should be clean, without oxidation color, and should not have cracks, peeling, thorns, spots, and impurities.

C. The surface allows for slight scratches, abrasions, spots, and pits that do not exceed the allowable deviation of the silk diameter.

C. The tensile test of silk shall be carried out by GB/T228.

D. The low magnification inspection shall be carried out by GB/T5168.

E. The appearance quality of the product is visually inspected.
