Product Introduction
1. The characteristics of Gr2 Titanium
Gr2 Titanium Sheet is a high performance material. At present, the technology of manufacturing it is constantly improving, such as 3D printing technology, composite material technology, etc., which will greatly improve its performance and application range. At the same time, the production cost is expected to further decrease, so that it can be more widely used in the civilian field in the future.
Compared to Grade 1 and Grade 3 titanium plates, it strikes a balance between strength and plasticity. Grade 1 is softer and is preferred for deep stamping for technical requirements. Grade 3 is more resistant to corrosion and corresponds to high magazine environments. However, compared with Grade 5 titanium alloy, its strength is lower, the cost is lower, the formability is better, and it is applied to non-bearing corrosion resistance scenes.
Although Gr2 Titanium Sheet have many advantages, with the development of science and technology, there may be more new materials for the market in the future. We proceed with Gr2 Titanium Sheet DT and NDT Tests to ensure the Chemistry and Mechanical properties meet the customer's requirements without defects.
We present the Original MTC (Material Test Certificate), accept PMI (Positive Material Identification) witnessing, and offer PMI machine calibration certificates.
We also accept 3rd party inspections, and we welcome customers to arrange inspections before shipment in our workshop.
