Product Introduction
1. Titanium Gr2 Coil production process
We are prepared from raw materials, the main raw material of Titanium Gr2 Coil is high purity titanium sponge. After vacuum consumable arc melting or electron beam melting, melting 2-3 times to ensure uniform chemical composition. Then titanium ingot is formed, the hot processing is carried out, and the titanium ingot is forged into a thin slab, which is convenient for subsequent rolling. Under hot rolling at high temperature, the thickness is gradually reduced to make the titanium plate gradually formed.
It is then further thinned by cold rolling at a lower temperature to improve surface quality and mechanical properties. During the cold rolling process, annealing is performed to eliminate work hardening and improve ductility. Finally, pickling is used to remove the oxide on the surface and make it show a uniform pickling surface. Finally, according to the size required by the customer, the large plate will be cut or the titanium plate will be rolled into titanium rolls, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

4. Inspection
We proceed with Titanium Gr2 Coil DT and NDT tests to ensure the Chemistry and Physics Mechanical properties meet the customer's requirements without defects.
We provide the original MTC (Material Test Certificate), accept PMI (Positive Material Identification) witnessing, and offer PMI machine calibration certificates.
We also accept 3rd party inspections, and we welcome customers to arrange inspections before shipment in our workshop.
