Gr4 Titanium Plate

Grade 4 titanium is one of the strongest pure titanium. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, Gr4 Titanium Plate are widely used in Marine platforms, chemical treatment facilities and Marine equipment and other environments, and can effectively resist acidic, alkaline, chloride, seawater and other corrosive media, such as chlor-alkali industry, sulfuric acid system, hydrofluoric acid and so on.

Compared with Gr1~Gr3, Gr4 has a more obvious advantage. That is, the higher tensile strength (about 550 MPa), which can cope with high pressure, high load scenarios. It is suitable for chemical equipment requiring both corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, reaction towers, etc. WEST Ti has obtained PED4.3 certificate in compliance with the requirements of the EU system, and has many years of experience in supplying titanium plates in the chemical industry, and can provide customers with diversified and customized solutions.

We present the Original MTC (Material Test Certificate), accept PMI (Positive Material Identification) witnessing, and offer PMI machine calibration certificates.

We also accept 3rd party inspections, and we welcome customers to arrange inspections before shipment in our workshop.
