1. Products Description
With the characteristic of durable and lightweight, Cold Rolling Titanium Plate is widely used in many applications. In chemical industries, titanium plates are used for vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers, in chemical processes, it can be used in oxidizing media, alkaline media, organic acids and compounds, aqueous salt solutions, and hot gases; in offshore industries, it is fully resistant to corrosion in seawater at temperatures up to 300°C; Titanium plate Gr1/Gr2 is the most widely used titanium material for industrial applications because of its moderate strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and formability. Compared to the pure titanium plate commercially, Gr2 is weaker than Gr3 but stronger than Gr1 and equally resistant to corrosion. Gr2 offers an excellent balance of moderate strength and reasonable ductility.
With the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, no magnetism, and toxicity, Titanium cold rolling plates have the elastic modulus and coefficient of expansion to match the human skeleton, which makes titanium highly biocompatible. Gradually, titanium cold rolling plates are replacing stainless steel, Co-Cr alloys, and other materials in the biomedical field, opening up another application field for titanium material.
