Titanium Slip-on Flange

The titanium slip-on flange has a lower hinge as the pipe enters the single flange before welding. It is welded internally and externally to provide sufficient strength to prevent leakage. The sliding flanges are all bore to match the slightly larger outer diameter pipe. They are superior to the welding of neck flanges, due to the lower initial cost, but the final installation cost will probably not be lower because of the added welding of neck flanges.

Due to the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium material, titanium slip-on flanges are often used for connecting the tube ends of the petrochemical project. It is also useful in equipment exits and entrances to connect the two devices.

The company was merged with Baoji Hongyuan Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. and Baoji Overflow Industrial Co., Ltd, both companies have more than 20 years of experience in the titanium industry. In 2019, the jointly established Baoji West Titanium Materials Co., Ltd business covers the processing and sales of rare metals such as titanium coil, plate, bar, wire, and titanium forging. It is expected to achieve an annual capacity of 8000 tons of high-quality titanium and titanium alloy with an annual revenue of 680 million yuan, and more than 150 job opportunities are expected for the community.
