Sintered Titanium Aerator

Titanium powder sintered filter element is a porous and microporous filter material made of titanium powder sintered at high temperatures. The filter element is generally a tubular or sheet filter element. A sintered titanium aerator is made of high-purity titanium powder, formed by isostatic pressing, molding, extrusion molding, and then sintering at a high temperature. We have 3 types of aeration available: Spherical, Plate, and Tubular.

Sintered titanium aerators are mainly used for pneumatic components, various gas filtration, polyester filtration, benzene, and other organic solvent filtration, protein filtration, hydraulic oil, fuel oil filtration, natural gas filtration, steam, high-temperature gas filtration, oilfield water- injection filtration, sewage filtration, lye filtration, dyestuff, catalyst filtration, catalyst separation, fine filtration of liquid medicine and food and beverage, dyestuff, ink, paraffin, and other chemical products industry.

Sintered titanium aerators are especially suitable for reforming the aeration tank of urban sewage and large water plants.
