1. The characteristics of Titanium plate
Titanium is a metal with lightweight but has good strength and corrosion resistance. Gr1 titanium plate is made from titanium ingot. It can maintain its color in harsh environments and not fade for a long time. There is an oxide film on the surface of the titanium plate, which makes it have good durability and wear resistance. The service life of Titanium sheets is more than three times that of copper plates and can reach 10-20 years depending on operating conditions. The electrolytic copper produced from Titanium sheets has a dense crystalline structure, a smooth surface, and excellent quality.

4. Inspection
We proceed with Gr1 Titanium Plate DT and NDT Tests to ensure the Chemistry and Mechanical properties meet the customer's requirements without defects.
We present the Original MTC (Material Test Certificate), accept PMI (Positive Material Identification) witnessing, and offer PMI machine calibration certificates.
We also accept 3rd party inspections, and we welcome customers to arrange inspections before shipment in our workshop.
