The reporter learned from the Baoji Economic Cooperation Bureau that in 2023, the production and processing volume of titanium materials in Baoji City was nearly 70,000 tons, accounting for about 65% of the national production and 33% of the global production. The scale of the titanium industry has jumped to the top in the world. Previously, Baoji's titanium industry ranked second in the world in terms of scale.

Baoji is the renowned "China Titanium Valley" and the cradle of China's titanium industry. Baoji City has comprehensively improved the basic advanced level of the titanium industry and the modernization level of the industrial chain.

Han Mingfang, Director of the Economic Cooperation Bureau of Baoji City and Deputy Chain Leader of the Titanium and Titanium Alloy Industry Chain in Baoji City, said, "We have always placed enterprises first in industrial development, focused on stimulating the vitality of business entities, strengthening the leading role of chain owners, and guiding various production factors and policies to focus on chain owners.
